HIX Goes Wild...
From 28th September until 4th October, HIX Mayfair will be celebrating wild food. This week long showcase will include a wild food tasting menu served in HIX Mayfair, as well as a special Wild Afternoon Tea and cocktails.
On 30th September for one night only, HIX Mayfair will be transformed into the ultimate wild food market. With wild food stations, guests are invited to enjoy some of the most exotic foods available. Diners will be able to walk the market with their plates, piling them high with everything from exquisite fresh fish and succulent game, to herbs, flowers and fodder picked by expert forager Miles Irving.
Director of Food Mark Hix and Executive Chef Lee Kebble will both be on hand to talk guests through the mouth-watering offerings, and a number of special demonstrations will take place throughout the evening. To complement the wild food, cocktails cleverly infused with wild flowers have been created, and an extensive list of matching beers and ciders will also be available.
