Mat Collishaw

Mat Collishaw (born in Nottingham, 1966) is a key figure in the important generation of British artists who emerged from Goldsmith's College in the late 1980s. He participated in the iconic 'Freeze' exhibition of 1988 and has exhibited widely internationally ever since.
His work is in important museum collections including Tate, London and Centre Pompidou, Paris. Last year, Collishaw had solo exhibitions with Spring Projects and Haunch of Venison in London and Tanya Bonakdar in New York. Collishaw is represented by Haunch of Venison, and lives and works in London.
