Hix carving masterclasses
Join Mark for an exclusive carving masterclass at Rocco Forte’s Brown’s Hotel, celebrating this quintessentially British skill. The evenings are fun and interactive and very informative. Renowned for his passion for local produce, Mark will share his wealth of experience with guests, teaching them the forgotten art of carving in an intimate dining room setting.
The carving classes cost £185 per person and include
- A two-hour masterclass
